Designated agent
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the DMCA (17 USC 512).
Our designated-agent registration with the US Copyright Office is in progress. In the interim, send notices and counter-notices to contact@erebine.ai.

To file a notice
Send a written notice to contact@erebine.ai that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL or location of the material you want removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice
If your material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to contact@erebine.ai with the same identifying detail, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction. We forward valid counter-notices and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the claimant notifies us they have filed suit.

Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who accumulate valid, un-countered notices of infringement.
